Tanks for residential use are available in a variety of sizes. Typical capacity ranges from 100 to 1000 gallons. A 500 gallon tank provides ample storage for the average four - bedroom home. The propane tank and associated first stage regulator are supplied. Installation of the tank and delivery are free and included in the first years tank rental. We install & service almost anything that operates on propane gas. We will schedule a FREE visit to your home or business after a quick and easy phone evaluation.

We consider tank size and tank placement for new installation. Tank size is determined by two things:

1- How many gallons will be used/year
2-Accessibility to the site.

Tanks sizes 100-1000 gallons are installed above ground. The smaller size tanks [100 ] can be installed right next to the structure. The larger tanks [250-1000] must be at least 10 feet from any structure. All tanks regardless of size must be a least 10 feet from a source of ignition.
W e do our best to find a tank location that is both safe and as aestheticaally pleasing as possible to you, the customer.

We sell and install water heaters, decorative gas space heaters and much more. For any installation, the homeowner must be present for the final connections. We want to make sure our customers can operate the system as well as know the safety features within the system.

G.A.S. Check-TOP

GAS Check® is an industry program that stands for Gas Appliance Systems Check. Our company has proudly adopted this program to support our safe record. All new systems that we put into service, or New customers who have existing gas lines and service must have a GAS Check® performed We proudly offer this service free to all new customers who purchase 200 gallons or more of propane.

In addition to the GAS Check® performed on new systems, we recommend an annual check for your existing gas systems. Schedule a GAS Check® today and one of our trained technicians will:

Pressure check your propane systems for leaks and weakness.

Carefully inspect our tank, piping, regulator, gauges, connectors, valves, vents, thermostats, pilots, burners, and appliance controls.

Inform you of any worn or damaged equipment that should be replaced.

Recommend improvements that could upgrade your system's performance.

Explain the suggested methods of operating your system safely and efficiently - and give you vital informational materials regarding emergencies.
